I made my debut for Arsenal Women at the age of 16, captained England at a youth World Cup, and played for Anson Dorrance, the greatest soccer coach in the world at the University of North Carolina - it without a doubt that I owe these big life achievements and experiences to the way I have employed the little things that others ignored.
